Is Kwazi a free alternative to Simply Schedule Appointments?
Yes. Kwazi Free includes online booking with several team members, a CRM, forms, a REST API and webhooks. In Simply Schedule Appointments, team scheduling is part of the Business edition and webhooks start at Professional. Kwazi does not yet offer calendar sync, payments or SMS; those are planned as paid add-ons.
Where is my data stored?
With both plugins, your bookings and client data are stored in your own WordPress database. Neither plugin needs an external account to store your appointments.
Can I sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Simply Schedule Appointments syncs with Google Calendar from the Plus edition. It has no direct Outlook integration; its guide suggests subscribing to the Google Calendar from Outlook. In Kwazi, Google and Outlook calendar sync is on the roadmap as an add-on.
