Questions about Kwazi and HubSpot

Is Kwazi a free alternative to HubSpot?

For bookings, contacts and forms on a WordPress website, yes. Kwazi Free has no user or contact limit. HubSpot offers much more marketing and sales tooling, and its free tools are limited to 2 users and 1,000 contacts.

Where is my data stored?

With Kwazi, in your own WordPress database. With HubSpot, on HubSpot’s servers, also when you use the HubSpot WordPress plugin. New HubSpot accounts can choose an EU data center in Germany.

Can I use HubSpot and Kwazi together?

Kwazi has a free REST API and signed webhooks, so you can send contacts or bookings to another system such as HubSpot. That link is not built in; you set it up yourself or with an integration tool.

Bookings, clients and forms on your own website

Kwazi Free gives you online booking, a CRM and forms in one plugin.
