Questions about Kwazi and Acuity Scheduling

Is Kwazi a free alternative to Acuity Scheduling?

For many small businesses, yes. Kwazi Free gives you online booking with services, several team members, working hours and time off, plus a CRM and forms. Acuity has no free plan; it offers a 7-day trial and then starts at $16 per month, billed yearly. Acuity does include things Kwazi Free does not have, such as calendar sync, text reminders and selling packages.

Where is my data stored?

With Acuity, your appointments and client data are stored on Acuity’s servers, as part of Squarespace. With Kwazi, everything stays in your own WordPress database, on the hosting you choose.

Can I sync Kwazi with Google Calendar or Outlook like Acuity?

Not yet. Acuity offers two-way sync with Google, Outlook and iCloud today. For Kwazi, Google and Outlook calendar sync is on the roadmap as a paid add-on. Until then, you manage availability with working hours and time off in Kwazi.
