Step 1
Create a free account on kwazi.eu/account and confirm your email address with the link we send you.
Step 2
Log in. On your dashboard, under Downloads, click the Kwazi zip. Your browser saves the file: leave it zipped.
Step 3
On your WordPress website, go to Plugins → Add Plugin and click “Upload Plugin” at the top.
Step 4
Choose the zip and click “Install Now”. When WordPress is done, click “Activate Plugin”.
Step 5
Kwazi is now in the menu on the left, and the setup guide opens: your business details, whether you take bookings, and your first form. It takes a few minutes, and you can skip it.
What you need
WordPress 6.9 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer. You find both versions in WordPress under Tools → Site Health → Info.
A new version
Download the new zip from your dashboard and upload it in the same way. WordPress asks what to do with the version you have: choose “Replace current with uploaded”. Your contacts, forms and settings stay as they are.
